This is from the Generation 1 figure collection.
Made in 1986 by Hasbro and it has the RARE insert foam.
A Piece of the foam is broken off on the corner.

wear and it has rubber wheels. All the weapons and missiles are present
and the box is un-cut with minor wear.
Some of the missiles are still on the tree.
The figure has very little age or playwear & the catalogs
